RECOMMENDED DOSE
- Eye Mask: Place eye mask flat in centre of microwave. Microwave for 15-20 seconds. Place on close eyes and heat for 10 min sessions. 1-2x day and night.
- Eyelid Cleanser: Gently rub in circular motion after hot compresses on closed eyes to remove debris and clean eyelids. Rinse with cool water.
- Oil Therapy Drop: Apply 1-2 drops in both eyes, day and night.
